MUSHROOM SOUP
Keeping in view the changing climate often in our homes something light but tasty & healthy is demanded . In this situation SOUP is the best combination of taste & healthy food as they can be cooked quickly . So from today time to time i will share with you some healthy recipes also so you don't always eat fatty food .
ingredients required -
250 gm - FRESH MUSHROOM
2 - ONIONS
1 - POTATO
100 GM - FRESH CREAM [ you can also take milk fat / malaai]
2 tblspn - BUTTER
SALT & PEPPER - for taste
CHOPPED PARSLEY - for garnishing [ optional ]
instructions -
*Cut MUSHROOM , ONION & POTATO finely .
*Heat butter in a pan & saute mushroom & onion atleast for 5-6 minutes.After 5-6 minutes take off the pan & put half of the sauted mushroom & onion mixture aside.
*In half of the mixture left in the pan add potato & again saute for 4 minutes .
*Add 6 teacup of water & cook it in the pressure cooker , when cooked then put in the liquidizer & switch it on & then drain it .
*The aside put half of the mixture add in the soup & boil for 10 minutes .
*Add salt , pepper & cream .
*Garnish with the chopped parsley & serve hot .
