QUICK RECIPE OF BUTTER CHICKEN

                            BUTTER CHICKEN 

This is an NORTH INDIAN very famous chicken recipe which brings a wide smile on every INDIAN face & flood in the mouth . It is the most famous dish of chicken enjoyed on any day of the week . This can be enjoyed with TANDOORI NAAN with some butter on it .
Many people think it is a complicated recipe which initially I also thought but when I made it believe me it is not at all complicated thats why i have titled QUICK RECIPE OF BUTTER CHICKEN .


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED-
300 gm - CHICKEN 
500gm - TOMATOES 
1 - ONION [roughly chopped]
1 - LEMON JUICE 
100 gm - CURD 
1 tblspn - RED CHILI POWDER 
1 tblspn - GARAM MASALA POWDER [ whole spice powder]
30 ml - CREAM / MILK FAT [ MALAAI]
30 gm - BUTTER 
2 - GREEN CHILI 
GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES - for garnishing 
SALT - to taste 
2 tblspn - OIL

INSTRUCTIONS - 
*Start with marinating the chicken . Take a bowl put CURD , LEMON JUICE , RED CHILI POWDER , SALT , GARAM MASALA [ whole spice powder] as per quantity mentioned above & mix it well .

* Add to this the chicken pieces & coat the chicken very well & leave for 2 hours [ if you are in hurry marinate atleast for 1/2 hour ].

*If you have OVEN or MICROWAVE roast your chicken in that by brushing some oil . But now a days AIR FRIER is quite popular so you can also use that to roast your marinated chicken .

*If you do not have any of these appliance take a pan & simply roast your chicken . Want to have a smoky flavour put a small bowl in the middle & put in it a burning charcoal piece & drizzle 3-4 drops of oil & put the lid for 5 minutes .

**Time to cook gravy in a pan take 500 gm of tomatoes roughly chopped , 1 onion , 2 piece of garlic & boil for 30 minute & after it grind it to make thick paste . Boiling is not necessary you can directly grind it but believe me the real taste will come up after boiling .

*After making puree take it in pan & add to it the ROASTED CHICKEN  , BUTTER , CREAM , 
GREEN CHILI quantity mentioned above & mix it very well . You can add some SALT to it 
according to taste .

*Cook this for 1 minute & your butter chicken is ready to serve hot with TANDOORI NAAN .

GARNISH THE DISH WITH CREAM & CORIANDER LEAVES.

*****CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS,
