                                  CHICKEN nugget

A very easy & simple recipe of snacks enjoyed with the evening tea on a lazy sunday .
Made with boneless chicken , potato , & some spices .


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED  -  
500 GM - CHICKEN [ BONELESS]
2 - POTATO [ BOILED & PEELED  ]
SALT - TO TASTE 
PEPPER - TO TASTE
1/2 tblspn - RED CHILI POWDER 
1/2 tblspn - CORIANDER POWDER 
1/2 tblspn -  WHOLE SPICE POWDER [ GARAM MASALA]
1 bowl - BREAD CRUMBS 
2 - FINE FLOUR [ MAIDA]
6 tblspn - OIL


INSTRUCTIONS - 

* First boil the potatoes , peel them & then mash them . POTATOES will help to bind all the ingredients.

* Take the boneless pieces & cut them in small  pieces with the help of knife .

* Now grind these small pieces of chicken .

* Now take a bowl take your mashed potato , grinded chicken & mix them well .

* Add to it the  SALT , PEPPER , RED CHILI POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER , WHOLE SPICE POWDER & mix them very well as quantity mentioned above .

* Now we will make a ball of this batter & then press it gently between our palms to give it a shape & give it any shape you like - a patty , star , or a rectangular shape .
* You can make a shape of fish to make it attracting for your child .

* In a bowl  take FINE FLOUR/ MAIDA , add to it 1/2 cup of WATER & make a batter of thin consistency.

* Heat the oil in a pan & wait until it gains appropriate temperature .

* Now we will take a patty & dip it in the fine flour batter & then coat it with the BREAD CRUMBS properly & shallow fry it in the pan .

* Cook the patty for 2 minutes from each side to make it crispy .Do the same for all the patties .

YOUR YUMMY CHICKEN NUGGET IS READY TO SERVE WITH TOMATO KETCHUP OR MUSTARD SAUCE .
