                                        GOLA KABAB

The origin of this kabab is of AWDHI CUISINE , the NAWABS of AWADH are fond of kababs & from their kitchen THE GOLA KABAB is created . Gola in local language means round in shape .
These kabab are not perfectly round but are round . i will give the easy way to make them round .
Here is the recipe of gola kabab .

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED - 

1 kg - BEEF KEEMA 
1 tblspn - GARAM MASALA POWDER [ WHOLE SPICES POWDER]
1 tblspn - TURMERIC POWDER [ HALDI] 
1 tblspn -  CORIENDER POWDER [ DHANIA POWDER ]
1 tblspn - GINGER -GARLIC PASTE 
1 tblspn - SALT or to taste 
3-4 - GREEN CHILIES [ FINELY CHOPPED] 
2 - ONIONS [ medium size roughly chopped]
1 inch - GINGER [ finely chopped ] 


INSTRUCTIONS - 
* Take beef keema in a bowl & add garam masala , turmeric , coriender powder , ginger - garlic paste ,salt , green chilies , onions & ginger according to the quantity mentioned above .

* Mix all these ingredients in the keema by your hands .

*Take sticks if you don't have kabab sticks take a pen or pencil & start 1/2 pen or pencil with keema make these kabab broad than the normal kabab . 

*your kabab will look like this -

* Now take a pan and heat 2 tblspn of oil [ less oil is used because meat releases its fat] .

* Add your 1 raw kabab in the pan &  cook until it properly cook so to check that everything perfect if not make changes as desired . Now you can cook your kababs for 4-5 minutes & add onion rings while cooking & cook until it becomes golden brown .
