       Winters are coming & the nights are growing cold & you are planning for a dinner party , thinking of menu - here is the perfect & yummy starter for your dinner party "the FISH FRY".
    Everybody loves to eat fish in winters as it gives heat to our body but also provides us with lots of vitamins & nutrients . so, for what you are waiting for here is the quick recipe of yummy fish fry....................................................
                

       INGREDIENTS REQUIRED -

       1 kg -CATFISH [Singada machali] [cuttted in pieces & without any bone {kaanta in hindi}]
       100 gm - GRAM FLOUR [besan]
        1 tblspn - RED CHILI POWDER
         1 tblspn - TURMERIC POWDER [haldi]
          1 tblspn - POWDER WHOLE SPICES [garam masala]
          1 tblspn - GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 
             SALT - to taste

      INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Wash fish with water & then marinate it with all the ingredients mentioned above .
 2. Marinate it for 30 minutes
     3. It will look like this after marination.








4 . After 30 minutes of marination , in a non - stick frying pan take some butter/ghee if you want to shallow fry .
5. If you want to deep fry take vegetable oil and heat it up and add marinated fish & fry it until it becomes golden brown in both the case .
6 . Fish can be fried in just 6-8 minutes .
     
         Your fish fry is ready to serve hot with some salad & green chili chutney

➤You can use this method of fish frying with the whole fish like POMFRET fish , i have used pieces of catfish without any bones which is perfect.
   
   Storing tip for fish -
➤If you want to refrigirate fish but do not want to spread the smell of fish in the fridge then season the fish with Mustord oil & Flour.
