CORN SOUP
Corn soup is a combination of health & taste . Healthy by its nature & tasty by its taste . Favourable to have it on a winter morning when noone wants to make a complicated breakfast. Its perfect for those who are lazy like me .
here is the quick recipe -
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED-
3-4 teacup - CORN [ boiled properly ]
1 - ONION [ finely chopped]
3 teacup - MILK
3 teacup - WATER
1.5 tblspn - FINE WHITE FLOUR [ maida]
1 tblspn - BUTTER
SALT &
INSTRUCTIONS -
* Mix MILK , WATER , WHITE FLOUR to make a paste .
*Heat BUTTER & saute the ONIONS for atleast 2 minutes .
*Add to it the paste of milk , water , white flour & boiled CORN .
*Boil for 10 minutes .Stir frequently & make sure that the soup doesn't stick on the sides of the pan .
*Add SALT & PEPPER & serve hot .
SERVE HOT ON COLD WINTER MORNING ........................
