Now a days CAPSICUM is used in every type of dishes. capsicum is rich in VIT. A , C , & FLEVANOIDS . It is also anti - inflamatry & anti - oxident . Consumption of capsicum also enhance iron . INGREDIENTS REQUIRED -
2 - POTATOES
1 - RED CAPSICUM
1 - small piece of GINGER
1 tblspn - CORIANDER LEAVES
2 tblspn - OLIVE OIL
1/2 - CARAWAY SEEDS [ JEERA]
SALT -to taste
1/4 - TURMERIC POWDER
1 tblspn -CORIANDER [ roughy grinded]
1/4 tblspn - RED CHILI POWDER
1/4 tblspn - GARAM MASALA POWDER [ whole spice powder]
INSTRUCTIONS -
*Peel potatoes & cut them into strips .Cut red capsicum in strips & chop ginger finely.
*Heat olive oil in a pan & add caraway seeds [jeera] & ginger in it .
*When jeera starts popping add potato strips , red capsicum strips , salt & turmeric powder & cook on low flame putting a lid .
*Stir time to time . When potatoes are cooked properly add red chili powder , garam masala powder , roughly grinded coriander , coriander leaves & cook for 1 minute .
YOUR HEALTHY RECIPE IS READY TO SERVE WITH ROTI OR BREAD.YOU CAN USE THIS AS A VEG SIDE DISH .
