    CHICKEN MALAAI 

The name of this chicken is somewhat unique for many of you so let me tell you the meaning of malaai -it means  MILK FAT / CREAM . This chicken can be made with milk fat which make it cheap in comparision to other recipes of chicken . This is very easy to make & take a little time for preparation & cooking which makes it one of  my favorite recipes - EASY TO MAKE & YUMMY TO EAT......... my version of chicken malaai.
             Here is the quick recipe of chicken malaai .............................................

  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED -                                       
                                                                                                            
1 KG - CHICKEN                                                                                
250 GM - CURD 
250 GM - FRESH CREAM [ MALAAI]
1 tblspn - GINGER - GARLIC PASTE 
1/2 tblspn - BLACK PEPPER
1/2 tblspn - LEMON JUICE 
1 tblspn - CHAAT MASALA 
1 tblspn - GARAM MASALA POWDER 
1 tblspn - GREEN CHILI PASTE [ green chili + 5 petal of garlic + salt + 1/2 tblspn - jeera [caraway seeds + 4 tblspn - water & grind it in the grinder]
SALT - TO TASTE 
   
METHOD - 
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned above according to the quantity.
2. Heat 100 ml of oil in a non-stick pan .
3. Add your marinated chicken in the pan .
4. After adding chicken to the pan low the flame & cover it with lid for 10 minutes . 
5. After 10 minutes open the lid and high the flame until the it becomes semi -dry - if you want total dry chicken cook until it becomes dry .
  YOUR EASY & QUICK CHICKEN MALAAI IS READY TO SERVE WITH GREEN CHILI CHUTNEY [PASTE ] & ONION RINGS.
