                          PASTA WITH INDIAN TWIST

    As we all know PASTA is from ITALIAN CUISINE  but also famous in the whole world .
    today i will tell you the recipe of pasta with Indian twist means lots of spices and flavours .







  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED- 
               500 gm - Pasta [any type but i like finger pasta]
               1- Onion [ finely chopped] 
               1- Tomato [ finely chopped] 
                3 - Green chilies [finely chopped]
               1 teaspoon- Red chili powder  
                1 teaspoon - Turmeric powder [ haldi]
                1 teaspoon - Coriender powder 
                1 teaspoon - Ginger -garlic paste 
                3 tblspn- Tomato ketchup
               2 -Tomato [ grind them and make purey of them]
               5 tblspn - Vegetable oil 
               Salt - to taste 

           INSTRUCTIONS- 
   
      1. Boil water in the sauce pan & when it boils add 1 tablespoon of salt in water.
       2. Just after it add the pasta & wait until it boil & become chewable.
      3. In a separate frying pan add vegetable oil and heat it .
      4. After it add all the veggies finely chopped mentioned above.
      5. Saute them & then add all the spices one by one mentioned above .
      6. Mix all the things very well .
      7 . In the meanwhile your pasta would be boiled , strain it in separate bowl.
      8. In the frying pan add tomato purey & ketchup.
      9. When you find that the gravy [ masala] is ready add the strained pasta & mix it very well.
     10. Add cream [ if avaiable] or you can use milk fat [malai] to make the texture creamy.

         YOUR PASTA WITH INDIAN TWIST IS READY TO SERVE HOT .
         ➧Garnish it with green coriender leaves.Use olive oil for cooking if possible.
