Fried Chicken
Every thing on 1 side and the fried chicken on one side .Southern fried chicken, also known simply as fried chicken, is a dish consisting of chicken pieces which have been coated in a seasoned batter and pan-fried, deep fried, or pressure fried. The breading adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior of the chicken while retaining juices in the meat.
So here"s the quick and yummy recipe and i am sure the one who is
making it cannot stop himself from eating side by side .☺☺☺☺

1 Kg- Chicken
150 gm -Besan / gram flour
1 tblspn- Red chili powder
1 tblspn - Salt
1/4 tblspn - Haldi
1 tblspn - Garam masala powder
1 - Egg
1 tblspn - Ginger garlic paste
1 - Lemon [ juice]
1 tblspn- Red chili powder
1 tblspn - Salt
1/4 tblspn - Haldi

1 tblspn - Ginger garlic paste
1 - Lemon [ juice]
METHOD
1. In a bowl take chicken add mix all the ingredients onE by one as mentioned above.
2. Mix well all the things and make sure that all the ingredients cover the chicken properly.
3.Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes [ if you are in hurry marinate atleast for 10 minutes].
4.In the meanwhile put kadhai or frying pan on the gas stove with 1/2 of it filled with refine oil or
vegetable oil.
5. When the oil heated fully put chicken pieces in it and deep fry them.
6. Fry the chicken until besan becomes crispy and golden brown.
➧ Serve this yummy fried chicken with green chili chutney , onion rings and sprinkle MDH chaat masala if you like as it enhances the taste.
